Russian Federation - 2009

Together with Roy, Silvan and Wouter, I went on a ten-day holiday to Russia. On February 19th 2009 we travelled to St. Petersburg. A beautiful city with good bars to go out. After five days in St. Petersburg we took the train to Moscow. Here we visited Red Square and Kremlin. Of course we made a one day visit to Kubinka Airbase to view the Sukhoi Su-27s and Mikoyan MiG-29s based there.

It was a very nice holiday and absolutely something different from a normal winter holiday in the Alps! (Although we probably had more snow...)
